Marketing Associate

Pomerantz LLP, a top tier plaintiffs’ securities law firm with a global presence, seeks a talented marketing professional for its midtown New York office. As a member of our marketing team, you will assist the Director of Client Services and the Content Marketing Manager on a variety of creative and research tasks, as well as some administrative work. Responsibilities:

· Assist in the writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing collateral, including the bi-monthly newsletter, award submissions, brochures, articles, and presentations.

· Search the web bi-weekly to identify RFPs from potential clients; assist with responses to RFPs.

· Take an active role in developing the firm’s social media presence, including creating written and visual content.

· Prepare and proofread monthly client reports.

· Regularly update the Pomerantz firm bio.

· Upload/edit content to keep the firm website current.

Skills and Attributes:

· Strong creative, strategic, and organizational skills

· Excellent writer, editor, and communicator

· Team player

· Familiarity with social media

· Detail oriented

· Ability to multitask and perform under deadline

· Graphic design and/or video editing skills preferred

Qualifications:

· College degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or comparable field

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is helpful
