About The Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of Marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with various teams to build assets for our Sales and Channel partner teams, drive social media activity to grow our community of followers and influencers, and lead event planning to build brand awareness for Procurement Partners with various industry associations and customer segments.

The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, talent for creating compelling/engaging messaging, and diligent at project execution. This is a unique opportunity to help define and set the direction of go-to-market activities at a fast-growing SaaS business.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, content marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars, events and more.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Customer facing teams to create and curate engaging content such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletter content and marketing collateral.
Assist in the management of digital marketing campaigns, including monitoring performance, optimizing keywords, and tracking metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Support development and maintenance of the company website and other online company profiles, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, ad optimal user experience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Assist in creating marketing reports and dashboards that provide insights into program performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and engage with social media platforms, responding to comments, inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences, contributing to marketing strategy refinement.
Develop a repeatable process for event planning and social engagement given the repetition of these key tactics.
Work with external agencies and contractors to execute various programming efforts.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including budget tracking, invoice processing and project coordination.
Embrace agility to adjust work priorities to align with team priorities.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communications, or related field; relevant certifications or coursework are a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of Marketing principles, preferably with experience in B2B or technology-focused environments.
Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience designing content for SEO performance.
Experience developing measurement metrics and leveraging analytics to drive programming direction.
Knowledge of Marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, or related technologies).
Ability to work with design tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across departments and at all levels of staff.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
