At Proof Strategies, we believe trust is earned, and we work every day to help our clients do just that. As a “right-sized” agency, we pride ourselves on delivering senior-level counsel, hands-on partnership, and broad communications expertise for mission-driven partners.

As our Washington, D.C. office continues to grow, we are always interested in connecting with thoughtful, adaptable communications professionals across a range of experience levels and backgrounds. From Account Executives to Account Directors, we are open to candidates with approximately 2–10+ years of experience depending on background, expertise, and specialization. Our work spans strategic communications, public affairs, media relations, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and digital marketing across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.

We are looking for people who are sharp, collaborative, curious, and motivated by growth. The ideal candidates are comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating directly with clients, adapting quickly, and operating thoughtfully in politically sensitive or fast-moving environments. Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a sense of humor are just as important to us as technical communications skills. Experience working at a firm, or participation in new business efforts is a big plus!

You’ll work closely with senior leadership as part of a collaborative team that values accountability, initiative and strategic thinking. Good humor is a must! Only candidates residing in the greater Washington, D.C. area will be considered.
