Radformation is looking for a highly motivated, creative, energetic, and collaborative person to provide support and coordination of marketing and communications projects and priorities. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator helps to manage tactical projects and ongoing work, assisting in the execution of both internal and external events and activities. They will coordinate work with the marketing team, vendors, and stakeholders to implement assigned phases of the project(s) or assigned work to ensure deliverables are me and are encouraged to make recommendations for process/project or program improvement.

Responsibilities

Create, customize and launching digital assets (emails, forms, landing pages, lists)
Assist with the development and execution of marketing materials (website, banner, copy, email, landing pages, brochure, e-newsletter, print, trade show/conference, etc)
Audit and update website content to ensure accuracy and search engine optimization (SEO)
Provide support for marketing trade shows, and internal company events, including but not limited to travel organization, registration, and event logistics.
Assists with quality assurance (QA) for copy, content, design, forms, etc. for selected projects
Data cleanup, maintenance
Document and asset organization
Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Canva or Adobe experience preferable
Preferred experience marketing to healthcare professionals
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams
Attention to detail, strong follow-through skills, and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
