As a Growth Associate, your role is to support the Redscout growth efforts in building new client relationships, developing winning proposals and the outbound initiatives that drive our business. Your contributions help keep the project pipeline full and ensure that all businesses who come to Redscout walk away thinking that Redscout is in a league of its own.

As a Growth Associate, you are responsible for:

Management of initial response to inbound enquiries
Responding promptly and setting introducing senior growth / strategy team members
Scheduling time for briefing call
Preparing tailored Redscout 101 deck for first conversation
When appropriate writing backgrounders for briefing call and subsequent introductions of RS team
Monitoring and staying on top of growth pipeline in Notion
Tracking progress of deal flow and ensuring that internal and external timelines are being met
Prompting and supporting senior team in managing correspondence (eg. following up with clients)
Attending all key growth meetings and representing the voice of the client in the pipeline in terms of timings and needs
Contributing materially to proposal development, including lay-out of structure, drafting approach, and conducting research to support upfront provocations
Understanding resourcing requirements to deliver Redscout quality work.
Capable of roughly forecasting resourcing needs over the span of a project life cycle
Interfacing with potential clients and speaking to logistics and timings on calls.
Having a high level understanding of the client’s world
Owning specific Outbound initiatives (ex: conference participation, newsletter, etc.) and ensuring their successful completion.
Aligning on goals with leadership
Developing operational plans and resource needs
Reporting progress updates

Knowledge and skills required:

Great attention to detail / strong organizational skills
Proactive with a go-getter attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player and willing to collaborate across disciplines (strategy, design, growth, operations)
Ability to work both independently and in small groups
Open to receiving feedback and willing to absorb and adjust behaviors in order to learn and grow
Confident providing feedback to peers

Pay at Redscout is tightly connected to performance. As part of our standard year 1 onboarding plan, you will have a formal 6-month review at which point we will re-evaluate your role and level and adjust compensation and title upward if warranted.
