🌆 About The Role

Replo is in search of a contract based Graphic Designer. Your responsibilities will include creating custom visuals and graphics for content materials, designing educational materials and one-sheeters, crafting email and newsletter designs, developing data visualizations and infographics, updating landing pages, and producing engaging social media posts. We're looking for someone with solid experience in graphic design, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and possess a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and effective work.

Your responsibilities:

Own end-to-end concept and design for content projects across a variety of digital mediums, including but not limited to:
- Custom visuals/graphics for content materials, including videos
- One-sheeters and educational materials
- Email/Newsletter designs
- Data visualization/infographics
- Landing page design and updates
- Social media posts
Create consumer-facing work that is visually exciting, forward-thinking, and emotionally engaging for both educational and marketing purposes.
Help us test, iterate, and optimize designs to consistently deliver and improve business results.
Work collaboratively with fellow members of the creative, web, and content teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders, like product marketing and lifecycle marketing
Champion the Replo brand and user experience, and help shape Replo’s brand narrative.

Looking for someone who:

3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in graphic design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback.
Very comfortable collaborating with marketers, writers, editors, and other cross functional partners.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team.
Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines while producing high-quality work.
Understanding of marketing and content strategies.
A strong, well-rounded portfolio full of beautiful, yet functional, work that demonstrates the ability to deliver business results.
Awesome written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in similar industries, primarily ecommerce and marketing

Bonus points if you:

Are an ex-founder OR worked at an early-stage startup previously (Series A or earlier)
An eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc)
