Client Engagement and Retention Specialist (HR SaaS, Certification and Transformation Services)

Our client is pioneering the transformation of workplace cultures with comprehensive transformation services, and an advanced HR SaaS product. They’re seeking a Client Engagement and Retention Specialist, skilled in HR technology, sales, marketing, and community-building, to foster enduring relationships with our clients and ensure they continue to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Retention and Community Building:

Design and execute retention strategies, including loyalty programs and client success roadmaps.
Facilitate an engaging online community and in-person events for networking and knowledge sharing.
Develop and manage mentorship programs linking new clients with experienced ones.

Resource Development and Distribution:

Create resource libraries with case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports.
Curate a regular newsletter and manage a resource portal with tools and guides.
Organize webinars and learning events for clients.
Lead LinkedIn, and Mighty Networks community building activities

Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention.
Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, analyze data, and identify opportunities.
Leverage client testimonials and success stories in marketing materials.
Actively seek new clients and be a brand ambassador for the company and its services

HR SaaS Product Advocacy and Training:

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
Provide comprehensive support to clients for effective utilization of our HR SaaS product.
Stay updated on product enhancements to inform clients and improve user experience.

Proactive Engagement and Feedback:

Regularly engage with clients for feedback and implement improvements.
Initiate and maintain a client engagement calendar for regular interactions.
Recognize client achievements and milestones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
Significant experience in client engagement, retention, sales, and HR technology or SaaS products.
Strong skills in CRM software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of HR processes, employee engagement strategies, and community development.
Hubspot expertise is preferred by not required.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000
