Who are we hiring?

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team to help bring the Sphere brand to life through marketing at every touch point along the customer journey. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will assist the team with establishing the brand identity throughout marketing communication materials including campaign work, emails, venue branding, branded content and more. They will work alongside Brand Marketing Managers and Brand Creative leads to execute marketing initiatives and help coordinate reporting.

What will you do?

Help drive execution of marketing initiatives by supporting day-to-day progress of brand campaigns and deliverables across various channels
Coordinate with cross functional teams to track campaign performance and consolidate data in the form of a bi-weekly report
Support with email and newsletter development and ideation
Assist department with various administrative needs including meeting preparations
Support the team on marketing strategies and ideation around new projects
Help draft creative briefs while gathering all necessary details to kick off Brand projects
Analyze and track marketing trends to help inform marketing strategies
Work alongside creative leads to support the creative development of Brand initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

1-2 years of proven working experience in marketing or operations, preferably within the entertainment industry
Understanding of Paid Media, Social, Email, and Influencer marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Hourly Pay Range

$45,000—$65,000 USD
