Human Resources Assistant

Pay: $20/hr

Field: DoD Aerospace

Hours: M-Th 7am-5:30pm (Flexible)

Location: Sarasota 34243

Placement Type: Temporary 3 to 6 months

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Must be proficient in MS Outlook
Possess strong ability to multitask
Possess great customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
Bilingual in English & Spanish a huge plus

Responsibilities:

Run Parking Spot of the Month program but coordinating with company leadership
Coordinate with departments to ensure their message of the month is sent out in the newsletter
Create flyers for upcoming events such as retirement parties, graduation announcements, baby announcements, etc.
Submit short articles to the Corporate Newsletter
Clear candidates to visit for onsite interviews
Schedule 30-, 60-, 90-, & 180-day check-ins for new hires.
Scan & record timecards
Create & issues badges for new hires
Create tickets in SharePoint for onboarding employees
