Overview

The Senior Investor Relations Analyst works to successfully implement an investor relations and financial communications plan in support of the overall business strategy. They will assist with the communication of the Companys financial results, historical performance and business strategy to investors and financial analysts. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting financial, operational and other related data for the Company and its competitors in order to prepare key financial material and messages. They will also collaborate with many departments and levels, including senior management, within the Company.

JOB DUTIES

Creates, maintains, and ensures accuracy of templates, such as monthly investor newsletter templates, shareholder targeting templates, and factsheets, within various systems.
Manages and coordinates all investor and analyst meetings, investor days, investor conferences and tours in the US and Europe. Organizes all logistical preparations; proposes and oversees the implementation of the agenda and materials.
Provides financial and analytical Investor Relations related communications support to the VP, Investor Relations and contributes to adhoc analyses in support of the Investor Relations function as necessary.
Assists with communications between the Company and the investment community, particularly financial analysts and investors.
Responsible for drafting all quarterly earning scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, key messages, quarterly and annual reports.
Manages Investor Relations sub domain of the Companys website, including the creating and updating of content appropriate for the Investor Relations sub domain.
Conducts investor targeting for investor conferences, nondual roadshows, and other investor meetings.
Responsible for creating the Investor Relations calendar, including scheduling investor/analyst calls. Proposes the timing for the earnings conference calls, investor conferences, nondual roadshows, and onsite meetings.
Creates and updates Investor Relations contact lists and CRM database, which includes the upkeep of meeting minutes and Q&A log.
Creates and updates Investor Relations binders and fact sheets; assists with financial modeling and reviews analysts' consensus and forecasts models.
Monitors competitor and market information obtained from analyst reports and media sources; complies relevant information into summaries for distribution to key internal associates.
Researches investor inquiries and requests for information as directed.
Assists in collecting and providing ESG data to different rating platforms, monitoring peer performance and scoring in this area.
Develops an understanding of the company by partnering with financial areas to understand drivers of financial results, the planning process & other lines of business to understand Sun's strategic, business, regulatory and competitive landscape.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required)
5 years experience in investor relations/finance/accounting or related field
5 years demonstrated understanding of managed care and financial statements and metrics
6 months knowledge of Yardi Systems Voyager software
Ability to drive projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate complex information in an easy to understand format
Strong interpersonal and training skills
Advanced computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reports, and Lotus Notes
