💼 Role: Scientific Engagement Coordinator(Life Sciences, Scientific Engagement Team)
💰Pay Rate:$45/hr

What You'll Do:

Conference & Event Execution: Support conference and event execution by coordinatingproduct sampling logistics, communicating with vendors, and managing materials such as stafftraining decks and product one pagers.
Social Media Support: Help manage social programming by creating trackable links,scheduling content across LinkedIn and Instagram, and gathering and reporting socialperformance metrics.
Webinar Program Support: Support webinar execution by drafting speaker contracts, preparingaccreditation applications, and refining presentation decks for consistency and clarity.
Website & Newsletter Support: Draft monthly newsletters for both the External Engagement(EE) and Health & Nutrition Sciences (HNS) programs, pull and organize recipes for digital use,and conduct research to develop content outlines with proper scientific references.
Global Engagement Metrics: Track and report engagement metrics across programs,consolidating data, and supporting quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Excellent written communication skills; ability to draft clear, accurate, professional content.
✅ Comfortable handling operational and execution-focused responsibilities, includingcoordinating logistics, documentation, and cross functional workflows.
✅Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities
✅Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) preferred.
✅Familiarity with MailChimp, webinar platforms, or learning accreditation processes is a plus.
✅Travel: Limited
