Dolben, a full-service property management and real estate company, is looking to fill a full-time Human Resources Assistant position at our corporate office in Woburn, MA. This individual will primarily be responsible for assisting the team with recruiting (job posts, pre-hiring process), HR documentation updates and organization, creation and distribution of the company newsletter and miscellaneous tasks assigned.

The Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Administer pre-hire process. Submit background screens and drug test orders. Monitor all results and effectively communicate to hiring managers on next steps.
Design and distribute monthly employee newsletter.
Posting open jobs on various job boards and websites including company's ATS.
Enroll new employees in online training portal and assign courses.
Process and track employee referral bonuses.
Update HR forms and documents as needed.
Organize electronic employee files.

Work Schedule

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Required Skills

Associates or Bachelors degree, a degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
1-2 years of HR or administrative experience required.
Experience with an HRIS system is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and detail focused.
Customer service oriented.
