We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing communications, from planning and creating content to execution and analysis. You will work on a variety of projects that support our brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels, including industry memberships, tradeshows/events, social media, and web content.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, datasheets, white papers, presentations, webcasts, and websites/landing pages.
Participate in the management and administration of company headquarters, including assisting with internal events, office management tasks, and other duties.
Assist with the coordination, execution, and promotion of trade shows and events.
Contribute to internal and external communications initiatives, including the development and editing of the quarterly internal newsletter, blog posts, and award submissions.
Help develop and manage the company newsletter and intranet content.
Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining an organized system for the marketing team.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and resourceful, with a passion for marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems a plus.
