Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Developing and managing all marketing materials:
- Consumer apparel/branded POS
- Staff apparel
- Volo Sports website
- Sponsorship decks
- Volo Kids Foundation decks
- Volo Kids Foundation website
Managing an external agency:
- Hiring & managing agency and managing corresponding budget and projects
- Reviewing and approving all advertisements created by the advertising agency before they are published or aired
Public Relations strategy:
- Writing speeches and/or articles that promote the company’s products and services or explain company policies to employees
Approving sponsorships from the brand side of the business
Accountability for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic the Volo City websites, engagement on social media, leads, that deliver league registrations and player retention
Manage and execute various national email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email promotions
Collaborates across cities and departments to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to help grow our community of players and volunteers
Development of content consistent with our brand, voice, style, and tone
Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaign strategies to ensure that they are meeting/exceeding their goals
Periodic performance measurement and optimization of the program’s content development, distribution, and results
Thorough documentation and communication of all marketing activities
