Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Proposal Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Marketing team of any our office locations.

What You’ll Do

Write and edit winning technical proposals, collateral and public relations materials, award submittals, and newsletter/journal articles.

What You Will Bring

A relevant bachelor level degree and professional writing skills
Expert-level skills in copywriting/editing, public relations, and communications, as well as collateral management
Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is highly preferred, but not required
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-intensive, deadline-driven environment with technical staff members of all levels
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
