We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for bringing our brand to life in a variety of different channels. While you'll focus on unlocking new opportunities through paid advertising and sponsorships, you'll also have the flexibility to experiment with different channels and tactics to better understand how to drive the most effective and impactful brand awareness for Wistia.

Responsibilities

Identify and execute on new advertising opportunities to grow Wistia's brand awareness. Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop the ad creative, and manage relationships with our partners.
Partner with our acquisition team to plan, manage, and run brand awareness ads on social media, and Google Ads. You will work closely with the acquisition and creative teams to ensure that all ads are on brand and aligned with our goals.
Identify and own new branded channels to test and manage awareness campaigns (i.e. podcast advertising). You will be responsible for creating engaging ad copy, managing budgets, and tracking performance to optimize these campaigns.
Plan, manage, and grow our newsletter sponsorships as a channel for brand awareness and lead generation. Partner with product and acquisition marketing teams to align on key messages and product launches.
Develop, pitch, and execute new ideas for organic brand activations and campaigns in partnership with our content and creative teams to support our company goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in marketing with a creative background. You should also have:

Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
Strong writing skills with experience creating compelling ad copy.
Experience managing relationships with partners and vendors.
Creativity, curiosity, and an aptitude for learning quickly.
