Line One is seeking an experienced digital media manager with extensive experience in digital content creation and execution, including social media. Candidate must be a driven, self-starter eager to work within a dynamic, growing company and possess strong leadership, people management and organizational skills; have project management and customer service experience and a desire to directly serve clients; have a proven ability to develop strategic social media and digital communication plans; be an excellent writer with a knack for storytelling; and have strong social media management skills with experience driving social media best practices, developing content calendars, creating content and analyzing metrics.
Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of clients, which includes working directly with clients and coordinating social and digital media projects to ensure goals are met and tactics executed
Understand each client’s unique brand voice and key messages and utilize this unique voice in all communications
- Strategic Thinking/Planning:
Develop strategic social media and digital communications plans to meet client goals
- Social Media Content Strategy:
Perform social media audits of client accounts
Develop content calendars to align with strategic goals, voice and key messages
Draft content and create graphics/visuals
Develop and execute paid social media strategies
Stay on top of and integrate social media trends into social strategy to ensure client accounts achieve highest metrics and goals
Generate social media reports, analyze metrics and adjust content based on metrics
- E-newsletter Development:
Write content for and build e-newsletters
Develop graphics and curate visuals for newsletters
Maintain contact lists
Distribute newsletters and track metrics
Write press releases, media advisories, op-eds and other copy as needed
Possess working knowledge of AP style and be able to copy edit in AP style
Agency Duties:
Work 40 hours/week, including three days in the office, two days remotely
Attend weekly team meetings
Track billable time
Other duties as assigned
Additional Skills and Proficiencies
- Office 365: Working knowledge of Office 365, Sharepoint and other Microsoft tools
- Graphic Design: Proficiency designing custom, personal content and graphics in Canva or similar platforms
- Photography and Image Editing: Basic understanding of composition and photography to capture images and edit them in Canva or similar platforms
- Basic Video Production: Ability to capture video and edit reels and short videos
- Time Tracking: Ability to use various software platforms to track billable time
- Project Management and Organization: Familiarity with Asana or other project management platforms to organize projects and tasks
Experience
Line One is seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in digital communications and social media, either in-house or at an agency. Degree in PR, communications, marketing, advertising or journalism is preferred.
