Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Corrugator Scheduler Backup, located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. In addition to customer service duties, the role will involve scheduling corrugator production and ensuring optimal workflow. The individual will coordinate with different departments to meet production targets, handle order processing, and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
