Home Instead is looking for a caring and compassionate Caregiver Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to join our team.

This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring and managing our caregiving work force. This person needs to be sincerely interested in the development and success of others in a fast-paced and growing organization. This individual must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to make sound decisions in a timely and confident manner.
The Caregiver Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment, retention, and engagement of caregivers. The Caregiver Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to meet the needs of the caregivers and develop and maintain a workplace culture that retains quality employees.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. Previous experience in caregiving greatly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
- Following the Home Instead Standards; conduct reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all Care Pros.
- Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4 form and all other employment related documents.
- Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
Orientation and Training
- Schedule and conduct Care Pro orientation and all training including training required to meet Home Instead® Standards and additional optional training.
- Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.
- Plan and successfully execute all Care Pro meetings.
Care Pro Supervision
- Develop engagement strategies that utilize the 5 Care Pro needs to promote Care Pro retention and satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct Care Pro annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, disciplinary action, accountability conversations, and problem resolution.
- Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate Care Pro schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and Care Pro activity utilizing the software system.
- Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter within the deadline.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conduct client/Care Pro introductions as needed
- Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
- Participate in On Call Duties as needed
- Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary

Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
