Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant role involves performing tasks for the marketing and sales organizations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of the marketing and sales departments.
The Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant will work full-time, onsite, at our Costa Mesa, California facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, including email marketing, event coordination, and newsletter creation.
- Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Review and update marketing collateral and product manuals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory of marketing literature, demo hardware, and branded goods.
- Evaluate open orders and work with inside sales and operations to release orders for picking and shipping.
- Monitor sensor inventory daily in partnership with operations to determine shippable product as spares or with new units.
- Support the entering of sales order into ERP system.
- Respond to simple sales inquiries.
- Serve as back-up for international shipment paperwork, repair quoting and order management, and answering main phone line.
- Serve as back-up for pertinent daily tasks performed by company administrative assistant as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant marketing and/or sales roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills - Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.

AMI carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Enpro offers a range of benefits including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, and other supplemental insurance options.
United States: The hiring range for this position is typically USD $23/hr to $29/hr.
