Account Executive - Document Management
Our client is the largest independently owned Document Managed Solutions provider in Houston, TX, rapidly expanding their footprint in the Austin, TX area. For more than 37 years, our client has offered a distinct and high-value driven enterprise service to medium and large businesses of all types - a fully integrated national managed program for document technology.
The Account Executive – Document Management role is a full-time, Monday- Friday, 8-5 position tasked with identifying business opportunities and build an account pipeline to generate net new revenue, while exceeding activity and gross profit targets.
To meet these goals, responsibilities will include cultivating relationships across the C-Level & IT suite through prospecting, appointment setting, creating, strategizing, and presenting unique value-driven recommendations to close new accounts and meet annual sales quotas.

Position includes:
- $50,000 starting salary plus commission
- Anticipated earnings $65,000-$75,000 first year
- Anticipated earnings $80,000-$100,000 second year

Requirements Include:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 plus years Sales experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong technical aptitude is helpful
- Well organized and able to prioritize time
- Self motivated, and also works well within a small team
- Resourceful, creative, quick learner
- Process-focused, detail-oriented, and efficiency-driven
Principal Responsibilities Include:
- Generate and/or qualify leads to prospect daily
- Prospect (cold call) leads to secure a meeting, presentation, and close sale
- Build/manage a pipeline of prospects throughout all stages of the “sale”
- Utilize CRM for notes, tasks, and secured opportunities
- Conduct scheduled meetings and presentations in a professional manner
- Consult and run sales meetings in person and/or via video
- Manage excellent communication among our team and with your clients (answering tasks, emails, calls, etc)
- Collaborate and share tips and tricks with the sales team so we can experiment and help one another to be successful
