Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Coordinator to support a diagnostics-focused marketing operations team and communications function. This role will be instrumental in managing the review process for advertising and promotional materials, as well as executing internal communication strategies across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong copyediting skills, experience with regulated content review platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the content approval process, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and timely stakeholder sign-off (including legal, medical, and regulatory review teams).
- Support the development and execution of internal communication initiatives, including a monthly newsletter and weekly marketing updates.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, product management, and external agencies to coordinate campaign assets and communications deliverables.
- Act as a backup for the Communications Manager as needed to maintain project flow and communication consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timelines for all content review and campaign execution tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail with proven experience in copy editing and proofreading.
- Hands-on experience using Veeva Vault or similar content management systems for regulated content review.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communications in a process-driven environment.
- Proficiency with SharePoint for internal content updates and page editing.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Familiarity working in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications or within an advertising/creative agency environment
- Experience in a regulated industry is highly preferred
