Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator reports into the Senior Marketing Manager on the Web Marketing team, and is responsible for the execution of email & SMS marketing strategies. This position is designed to support audience growth and retention, as well as drive awareness and consideration for Kith’s services and products. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing all communications in accordance with platform best practices, learned performance insights, and Kith’s brand guidelines. The ability to maintain excellent judgment and a strong attention to detail within a fast-paced environment is critical to this role.
Responsibilities
- Build & execute all US Newsletter campaigns, support build & execution of EU & CA Newsletter campaigns
- Evaluate and monitor email campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports to help identify opportunities for optimization.
- Strategic utilization of audience segmentation to support healthy newsletter deliverability while maximizing reach
- Maintain Marketing-Strategy calendar in Notion to reflect most up-to-date rollouts.
- Layout all email campaigns in Figma for content approval
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully support email and SMS strategy. Make informed suggestions for future cross-functional initiatives.
- Represent Web-Marketing during cross-functional meetings, sharing relevant email stats and informed recommendations.
- Route all email comms with internal creative stakeholders for approvals (Assets, CTAs, Linkouts, Templates)
- Conduct market research and identify emerging trends
Special Projects/Tasks
- Will work on all Kith releases, overseeing our 3rd party retail brands and footwear.
- Opportunity to work with partners to ensure cohesive digital alignment
- Periodic updating/upgrading of flow-based communications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of marketing and advertising experience in both traditional and digital marketing o Must include email marketing experience
- Experience using Klaviyo, Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Figma is preferred
- Understanding of the Kith brand, as well as the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
