Digital Executive Assistant
(Atlanta, GA)
Good Karma Brands is seeking an Executive Assistant to work with a Senior Vice President (SVP) whom oversees all assets under GKB Digital, to assist them in administrative support. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and an interest in being involved in multiple projects at any time. To be successful in this role, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and be highly proactive and efficient in quickly identifying and resolving issues.
The Role of an Executive Assistant:
The role will provide advanced administrative support for the SVP. The Executive Assistant will coordinate and execute all logistics of VP’s schedule and responsibilities. This person will perform a broad range of responsibilities, including at times confidential projects for both internal and external company initiatives.
Daily Tasks of an Executive Assistant:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling and maintaining the SVP’s calendar.
- Participate in regular check-ins with the SVP to assist in staying on top of all strategic priorities and ensure time is being utilized most efficiently.
- Participate in daily internal and external meetings while recording important notes, action items, and follow up steps.
- Submit work related expenses for SVP.
- Book work related travel for the SVP.
- Coordinate and write division-wide weekly newsletter.
- Draft, proofread, and maintain confidential documents, presentations and projects with discretion and attention to detail.
- Act as point of contact between SVP and teammates, advertising partners and community.
- Act as Digital Team Administrator & Atlanta Office Team Administrator – supporting our teams with new teammate onboarding, company initiatives and office supplies inventory.
- Assist digital sales and other teammates in problem-solving on behalf of the SVP.
- Prepare Salesforce and Wide Orbit billing reports, collecting, analyzing and sharing key data and metrics to SVP prior to meetings.
- Act as a liaison to other GKB leaders and teammates when necessary, communicating and joining meetings or attending events within the market.
- Facilitate and coordinate strategic sales initiatives for the company.
- Provide administrative support for GKB guests and leadership who visit the Atlanta market.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, one-sheets, media kits and sales materials as needed or requested.
- Be proactive in creating and finding solutions to daily challenges throughout the office and GKB.
- Be responsible for community relationships with teams and industry organizations.
- Assist in planning division-wide internal & external events as needed.
- Assist in coordinating, planning and executing other assigned tasks as needed.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Some experience with Digital Advertising preferred
- Experience with Adobe or other design platforms preferred
- Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
- Personal sense of responsibility, accountability, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to accept and provide feedback
- Solution oriented and problem solver
- Ability to think outside of the box
- With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license
- Requirement to work in the Atlanta office, 5 days a week
Hours/Salary/Benefits
Good Karma Brands offers a competitive base salary.
