The Role
We're hiring an Operations Associate, who will play a key role in supporting Bubble Goods’ high-growth marketplace by owning and optimizing key workflows that power the seller experience.
You’ll be the connective tissue between sellers, customers, and our internal teams—ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding to fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited to support the infrastructure of a fast-moving consumer marketplace.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily seller and customer support queues using tagging and tracking tools.
- Ensure SLAs are met for response and resolution times (e.g. <24h response, <48h resolution).
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or high-risk experiences to internal stakeholders.
- Help maintain and expand our Help Center and internal knowledge base.
- Track and update seller status across onboarding, launch, and growth stages.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring sellers meet launch-readiness criteria.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve blockers in product listings, fulfillment, and approvals.
- Monitor fulfillment quality metrics (on-time rate, cancellations, complaints) and flag issues early.
- Assist with production and distribution of the monthly seller newsletter.
- Help coordinate seller workshops, webinars, and virtual events.
- Collect and organize seller feedback from surveys, support, and events to inform internal roadmaps.
- Participate in weekly syncs with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to triage issues and share insights.
- Track and flag operations tickets and support requests in collaboration with the engineering and product teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations, customer success, e-commerce, or startup support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Monday, Asana, Airtable, or similar.
- Passion for emerging food brands, seller empowerment, and building scalable systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.
