About the Role
For this role, we are looking for someone to help grow and foster the very dedicated, engaged, and thoughtful Values Bridge community, through social media and email campaigns. We are seeking a creative content manager to ideate and enact meaningful campaigns reflecting the warm yet authoritative tone and voice of The Values Bridge.
Through original and user-generated social and email content, this person will share insights into the Welch-Bristol language of values, highlight testimonials from members who have experienced life-changing mindset shifts, and create content that deepens relationships—offering the community an answer to the question, “What now?” They will also engage directly with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and emails, helping to shape a cohesive and consistent Values Bridge brand experience.
You will:
- Create and own a content calendar across email campaigns and social media for The Values Bridge
- Translate the complex ideas of The Values Bridge assessment into digestible, actionable, and shareable content
- Collaborate closely with the digital product and content teams, along with Dr. Welch to shape the brand voice, story, and experience
- Run and grow The Values Bridge social media channels
- Engage with and respond to The Values Bridge community via DMs, comments, and emails
- Lead creative and thoughtful email campaigns and a newsletter for The Values Bridge, to keep the community engaged
- Use data to refine what’s working, and make informed pivots to try new strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience managing content for social media, writing a newsletter, or writing longform content
- Bonus: Experience in the self-discovery or career development space
- Experience growing audiences and driving engagement
- Excellent storytelling, visual content, and creative direction skills
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and user behavior
- Experience with any necessary graphic design platforms, like Canva, to create social media content
- Proficiency in any necessary video editing tools like CapCut, InShot
- You have an understanding and appreciation of The Values Bridge and are excited and dedicated to helping the audience grow

Salary Range: 80-100k
