As Intranet Specialist, you'll be instrumental in migrating and curating content for a brand new, global intranet platform, impacting over 2,000 corporate users. Partnering with a collaborative team of global experts, you'll not only shape the way employees access information but also play a key role in the change management strategy for this exciting launch. This exciting opportunity with our client, partnered with Aquent, offers you the chance to:

Collaborate with the internal newsroom and global communications teams to master the art of intranet content creation, management, and administration across various media formats (documents, videos, photos, and more).
Transform existing intranet content into a sleek, new platform using provided templates and guidelines.
Contribute your writing and editing talents to the weekly newsletter, keeping employees informed and engaged.
Champion the company's values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience managing employee intranets.
3-5 years of experience in employee communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage details and provide regular progress updates to global partners in a collaborative online environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a dash of creativity.
Experience with web and digital content publishing platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Word Press, Drupal, Mailchimp, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or collaboration software (e.g., Smartsheet, Box).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Adobe Suite knowledge and experience.
Experience working in an events environment and willingness to travel.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.40 to $33.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
