Description:
RW Professional Painting, a trusted local painting company serving the Denver metro area since 2012, is hiring a Marketing & Client Support Coordinator. This role combines marketing, social media management, client follow-ups, onboarding support, and invoice/project closeout tasks.
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in for a full time position marketing, client service, or administrative support. The position offers clear growth potential, with the option to be considered for a salary role after 6+ months of strong performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Prepare and send a monthly email newsletter.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and client messages.
- Follow up with clients after estimates and projects.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, forms, and communication.
- Process invoices and close out projects in QuickBooks Online and ZoHo CRM.
- Attend weekly Zoom check-ins and one monthly in-person meeting.
- Submit a brief weekly report of tasks completed and key updates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, client support, or administrative coordination.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly (ZoHo CRM, QuickBooks Online, social media tools).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $25/hr during a 60-day probation period, increasing to $26–$30/hr after probation.
- Salary Path: After 6+ months, candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience may be evaluated for conversion to a salary role ($55K–$62K annually).
