This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both sales and marketing with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Company Overview
Who We Are:
DMS is a dynamic, 100% employee-owned company operating under a participative ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) structure. We specialize in providing comprehensive “back-office” business services to public charter schools, with the mission of improving education for children by supporting schools through expert operational and financial guidance.
What We Do:
While we deliver essential back-office services—such as budgeting, accounting, compliance, and payroll—we do so as an independent consultancy. We are not the internal staff of our client schools; rather, we act as trusted advisors and strategic partners.
Why Join Us:
At DMS, the relationship with our client schools is at the heart of everything we do. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and strengthening these relationships. Our commitment to client success has earned us recognition as a leader in our industry. Join a purpose-driven team where your work directly contributes to better outcomes for schools and students—and where you can grow as both a professional and an employee-owner.
