About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, high-energy Membership & Events Coordinator to help us build and grow our thriving community. In this role, you’ll welcome members, organize engaging events, and represent Coworking Connection out in the community. If you love connecting people, creating buzz, and being the go-to resource in a collaborative environment—this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilitiesđź’Ľ Member Experience & Growth
- Welcome members and guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective members to drive sign-ups
- Help onboard new members and ensure a smooth, friendly start
- Assist in implementing creative strategies to grow and retain memberships
- Be a visible, approachable presence in the space
🎉 Events & Engagement
- Plan, promote, and host in-house events like networking mixers, workshops, and community lunches
- Write and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring member spotlights, upcoming events, and workspace news
- Keep members engaged through fun, thoughtful in-person and digital interactions
🌱 Community Outreach & Local Networking
- Represent Coworking Connection at local events, mixers, and business gatherings
- Build relationships with local organizations and small business leaders
- Spread awareness of our offerings to the Murrieta community and beyond
- Champion our belief that "Proximity is Power" through real-world connections and local visibility
🛠️ Operations Support
- Ensure the coworking space is clean, stocked, and inviting
- Manage meeting room reservations and basic workspace logistics
- Provide light tech support and help with space coordination
- Maintain internal communication boards and signage
Who You Are
- Energetic, people-first, and naturally engaging
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Skilled communicator—both in writing and in person
- Familiar with Outlook, Canva, and basic email tools like Mailchimp
- Excited to be part of something meaningful in the Murrieta business community
- Experience in events, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
