The Role
We're seeking a Head of Growth to serve as a strategic partner to both our CEO and our clients. This is a unique blend of client success, campaign execution, and brand building. You'll work hands-on with customers to drive their campaign results while simultaneously building IntentPost's brand through content creation and thought leadership alongside our CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Management (60%)
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for key clients
- Conduct campaign kickoffs, strategy sessions, and optimization reviews
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure clients achieve their growth targets
- Build playbooks and frameworks for successful multi-channel campaigns
- Serve as strategic advisor to clients on their outbound motion
- Gather feedback and insights to improve our service offering
Content & Brand Building (30%)
- Partner with CEO to create content showcasing our expertise and client results
- Develop case studies, campaign breakdowns, and thought leadership pieces
- Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter) with regular posts and engagement
- Create educational content (guides, templates, webinars) for prospects and clients
- Ghost-write or collaborate on CEO-led content initiatives
- Build IntentPost's reputation as a go-to resource for multi-channel B2B marketing
- Share campaign insights, lessons learned, and best practices publicly
Business Development Support (10%)
- Help refine messaging and positioning based on client conversations
- Contribute to sales presentations and proposal development
- Participate in prospect calls to discuss campaign strategy
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate referrals and testimonials from successful clients
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3-5+ years in marketing, growth, or customer success roles
- Hands-on experience running B2B marketing campaigns (email, ads, outbound, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to diagnose problems and optimize performance
- Excellent written communication skills—you can create compelling content quickly
- Comfortable being client-facing and managing relationships
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign metrics
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Genuine interest in helping clients succeed
Bonus Points
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns (email + direct mail + SMS)
- Background in agency, consulting, or done-for-you services
- Personal brand or content creation experience (blog, LinkedIn, newsletter)
- Familiarity with B2B sales and ABM strategies
- Design or video editing skills
