We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is located on-site in Sedro-Woolley, Washington State.
Position Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports companywide marketing efforts by managing brand assets, coordinating content, managing digital programs and helping maintain consistent internal and external communication. This role works with departments across the organization to develop materials, ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and ensure projects move efficiently from planning to completion. The following essential job functions are performed as a Marketing Coordinator:
- Partner with departments to update and produce brochures, presentations, advertisements and other collateral.
- Maintain and distribute up-to-date marketing materials across the organization.
- Develop, update and maintain content across social media and website platforms.
- Ensure company information is accurate and consistent across the website, sales presentations and shared materials.
- Assist with planning, coordinating and executing marketing and employee events including tradeshows and internal functions.
- Support content development for internal communication including the quarterly employee newsletter.
- Maintain promotional materials inventory for items such as new hire logo-wear, tradeshow items, special customer gifts and recruiting.
- Take pictures of projects, products and processes; review, catalogue, edit and seek usage permissions for photos; catalogue by type of application and level of usage permission.
- Coordinate facility art, displays and signage.
- Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines.
- Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance. This is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.
Education/Experience
- Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GED
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere) and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing social media channels and supporting paid social advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEM, SEO and Google Analytics
- Strong writing and editing skills, with knowledge of AP style
- Self-motivated project manager with the ability to organize and drive initiatives independently
- Photography and videography skills a plus
- Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Additional Information
- Wage range for this role is between $25 - $35 an hour plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
