Hein Electric Supply Company is proud to be one of the few remaining independent electrical distributors in southeastern Wisconsin. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team as we continue to expand in many facets of the industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Creating Quarterly E-Newsletter
· Work with E-Commerce Business Manager to grow B to B and B to C revenue
· Proficient in Adobe Creative, Canva or similar platforms
· Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
· Manage content creation including brochures, social media (Facebook, Twitter), newsletters,
website updates, product sheets, and promotional materials
· Oversee photography, videography, and design projects as needed
· Manage Video Content messaging at branches/sales counters
· Create still adds in Publisher to display on digital media screens
· Generate press releases
· Work with Information System Manager to manage and update website
· Manage SEO and Google ratings
· Develop, execute and maintain marketing plan and subsequent budget
· Collaborate with vendors on monthly promotions that align with internal incentive programs
· Design flyers, email blasts and product rollout e-mails for new products
· Work with Inventory Specialist to manage inventory for monthly promotions
· Create and distribute all pertinent marketing material to all 10 locations via e-mail and hard copy
· Track all activities throughout the year with our Annual Preferred Partner Vendors
· Order/create company SWAG
· Schedule and host Lunch N Learns with vendors for internal staff
· Plan and host various industry events
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
3-5 years marketing or equivalent experience in a service industry in a comparable marketing capacity.
