About the Role
Rhize is seeking a Content Management & Creation Intern to support both the Rhize brand channels and the Founder/CEO’s personal brand across multiple platforms. This role blends creativity, social-first thinking, and strategic storytelling. You’ll help shape the voice and visual identity of a growing organization at the intersection of career development, culture, and community building.
You will work directly with the CEO/Founder, giving you hands-on experience with leadership-level content and brand-building.
You will:
- Create B2B and B2C content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Substack, Lemon8, and Pinterest
- Capture and edit short-form video and photo content in coordination with the CEO/Founder
- Produce content native to each platform’s best practices, specs, and trends
- Assist with planning and managing the editorial calendar for social and newsletter channels
- Repurpose long-form content into clips, graphics, carousels, and micro-content for distribution
- Help keep content libraries organized and accessible
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other mobile editing tools
- Experience capturing video and creating content that feels native to each platform
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, storytelling frameworks, and platform nuances
- A proactive, creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Passionate about empowering job seekers, storytelling, and digital community building
- Ability to meet in Charleston, SC periodically for filming with the Founder/CEO (remote otherwise)
Details & Commitment:
- Unpaid, for college credit only
- January through May (Spring Term)
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week
- Remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Charleston, SC
