Job Description
The Global Talent Acquisition Intern will be deeply immersed in the operations and strategic initiatives of Tiffany & Co.'s Global Talent Acquisition and Early Careers functions. This unique role offers comprehensive experience in shaping our talent landscape, from early careers strategy and programming to optimizing recruitment processes and operations. You will gain exposure to strategic planning, project management, internship programming and recruitment marketing. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, Coordinators, business leaders and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.
This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City office. The rate for this position is $25 per hour.
Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Strategy:
- Gain a deep understanding of Tiffany & Co.'s hiring processes and offer solutions to create a more efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources partners to develop learning content for global recruitment teams, covering topics such as compliance, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and business immersion.
- Gain an understanding of the luxury market; Complete competitor analysis and offer strategic and innovative solutions to reach key talents.
- Review active partnerships with external vendors to report on ROI and identify areas for optimization; research potential gaps and technologies to enhance automation in the recruitment process.
Early Careers Programming:
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to elevate recruitment marketing and employer branding for Early Careers population, including creating compelling recruitment presentation decks, assets and communications for global attraction, onboarding, and management of Early Careers populations.
- Propose innovative solutions to reach key talents in the luxury market through competitor analysis.
- Manage weekly communications for the US Summer 2026 Internship cohort, including newsletter management to provide clear information and access to necessary resources.
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team in internship program planning, event preparation and post-event management.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or early careers development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Ability to ideate and problem solve
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work.
- Rising senior or recent graduate

The Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 7, 2026.
