The Marketing Manager will serve as a key extension of leadership, owning high-impact partner marketing initiatives and special projects that drive growth across CLEAR’s most strategic relationships. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized self-starter who wants broad exposure across marketing, partnerships, and business strategy while helping turn ambiguous ideas into measurable results.
What you'll do:
- Act as the primary marketing owner for a set of high-priority partners, including key airline and financial services partners, serving as the central point of coordination across teams.
- Translate partner priorities and leadership direction into clear marketing plans with defined goals, timelines, owners, and success metrics.
- Support planning and execution of partner-specific marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with CLEAR’s brand, corporate strategy, and on-site operational realities.
- Operate as the owner of cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects that do not clearly sit within existing team mandates.
- Leverage partner-owned marketing channels (email, social, on-site signage, activations, video, etc.) to drive account creation, CLEAR+ adoption, and platform usage.
- Collaborate with Partner Success on the Growth Partner Newsletter and related creative deliverables.

- Consistent, high-quality execution of priority partner marketing initiatives delivered on time and with clear ownership.

- Clear, reliable analysis and insights that support leadership decision-making and resource allocation.
What you're great at:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, consulting or a related field.
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
- Clear, confident communicator who can manage up, across teams, and with external partners.
- Analytical and data-literate, with the ability to assess performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or Looker.
- Able to move quickly from loosely defined ideas to structured plans and execution.
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and energized by bringing order and momentum to complex initiatives.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
