Wisconsin Distributors is currently seeking an innovative Digital Media and Activation Manager to join our Marketing department. This position handles such tasks as creating content for and managing social/digital media, managing the Activation Team, coordinating seamless execution of local activations, and performing other duties to ensure smooth departmental operations and alignment with business goals. The Digital Media and Activation Manager will work closely with Sales staff, along with WDI suppliers and retail partners on a regular basis. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, creates and schedules consistent, high-quality digital content (i.e. social media, keg list, newsletters, internal app, etc.) with a consistent voice/image and frequency across all social media channels.
- Recruits, coordinates, and leads an activation team.
- Partners closely with the sales staff to map out activations, working in tandem with the activation team to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Proactively manages charitable donations and promotions on behalf of WDI.
- Reviews all on-premise activation programs and executes per program requirements.
- Proactively engages and manages key stakeholder relationships to boost on-premise account retention.
- Leverages WDI and supplier events to generate social media content.
- Acts as the primary digital media liaison for our supplier partners.
- Produces and distributes the weekly WDI keg list newsletter to retail partners.
This position will be based out of our Sun Prairie location.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with courses in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Previous experience managing employees and teams highly preferred.

- Valid Driver’s License, with current and maintainable auto insurance coverage.
