Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Asheboro, NC. The Accounts Receivable & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for managing invoicing, ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, and maintaining financial records. The role also involves handling member communications and addressing inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
The role also produces menus and the monthly club newsletter. The right candidate will have the ability to learn all facets of accounting and grow in the club industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data accurately
- Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounting processes to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Experience or knowledge in Finance and related practices
- Effective Communication skills to manage member interactions and convey information clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Publisher and familiarity with financial and accounting software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a club, hospitality, or service-focused industry is an added advantage
