CORY is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio.
About Our Client:
We are representing a privately held, vertically integrated investment manager. This client is recognized for its execution-driven culture, efficient operational model, and strong strategic focus within high-growth national markets.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Support regional multifamily portfolio business plan execution (1k units).
- Primary coordinator with property management and local vendors.
- Conduct site walks/inspections, document findings, and follow up.
- Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- 4+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management. Preferably lease-ups.
- Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
- Hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through.
Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
- Base salary up to ~$130k - $160k+, plus bonus, based on experience.
