About the Role
We are building our global brand and growth engine from the ground up and are seeking an independent operator — not a task-based assistant.
This role supports overseas brand expansion across industrial IoT and RTLS markets, driving visibility, content, conferences, and lead generation in international markets.
Responsibilities
Brand & Content Operations
• Own weekly newsletter planning and execution
• Develop and manage LinkedIn content calendar and growth strategy
• Manage YouTube updates and podcast distribution
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form video assets
Conference & Event Operations
• Coordinate global conference registrations, booth logistics, and materials
• Support speaking engagements and media follow-ups
• Track post-event leads and visibility outcomes
Website & Marketing Asset Optimization
• Optimize English website content (Tsingoal / Blueiot)
• Refine sales materials (one-pagers, quote sheets, case studies)
• Organize and publish overseas case studies
Lead Management & Growth Support
• Respond to inbound leads from newsletters and outreach tools
• Schedule and coordinate first calls
• Conduct LinkedIn-based outbound prospecting and community engagement
Qualifications
• Strong written English (required)
• Independent thinker with sound judgment
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• High ownership and structured execution style
• Interest in industrial technology / IoT / global markets
• Experience in brand, marketing, growth, or B2B content preferred
