Description
The Community Engagement Assistant supports the community’s Sales, Marketing, and Philanthropy team in attracting, engaging, and retaining current and prospective residents. The position contributes to brand messaging through social media, newsletters, and other communications while supporting occupancy and revenue sales goals. In addition, the Community Engagement Assistant provides support to the Philanthropy department and performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree required; in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, or nonprofit settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with ability to contribute to marketing content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM/database systems.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Provides support to Sales Team, Marketing & Communications, and Philanthropy aspects of Trinity Woods.
- Prepare marketing packets and materials for prospects.
- Assist with sales events and follow-up communications to support the sales process.
- Support sales team initiatives aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
- Assist in developing engaging social media content aligned with brand standards.
- Support writing, editing, and production of the community newsletter and other publications.
- Help maintain consistent messaging across communication platforms.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, community events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the VP of Philanthropy and Community Engagement.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support reporting and data tracking as needed.
- Provide administrative and event support to the Philanthropy department as requested.
- All other duties as assigned.
