The Laconia Daily Sun is seeking a full-time Advertising Coordinator to support our advertising department serving the Lakes Region.
This role helps maintain a smooth workflow across print and digital platforms and works closely with the advertising sales and production teams. This is not a commissioned sales role.
The Advertising Coordinator will manage assigned advertising accounts, renew and maintain advertising schedules for existing advertisers, coordinate artwork and materials, assist with order entry, support digital and newsletter placements, ensure deadlines are met so campaigns run as scheduled, and maintain regular contact with advertisers to sustain and grow those relationships.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with local business clients are essential. Candidates should be comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools used in day-to-day office operations. Experience in advertising, media, account coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
