The Role:
We are looking for a Coach & Program Manager who will own and elevate the day-to-day member experience and programs they interact with inside and outside our Neuro-Fitness platform.
This is not a traditional coaching or community role. This is a program-building, client-facing, and experience-shaping position.
You will work directly with the Visionary and Director of programs, expert faculty, ambassadors and members to manage, refine, and deliver transformational program experiences across business growth, AI, and mental fitness. From leading live events, to overseeing the curriculum and community engagement, you are responsible for turning great content into structured, scalable, high-impact member journeys.
While the curriculum is developed by the Visionary and Director of programs (our CEO) and faculty, you are responsible for how it is brought to life. This includes structuring delivery, optimizing engagement, and ensuring members stay activated, accountable, and progressing.
You are both a strategist and an operator. You can zoom out to design the experience, then zoom in to execute it flawlessly.

Key Requirements:
- Camera ready - positive attitude, engaging, and must exceed at speaking live, interacting with members in a 1:1 or one-to-many scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills - must exceed at maintaining multiple channels of communication; email, whatsapp, in-app community, team slack, etc.
- Tech savvy - Must be able to click through backend portals to set up events, troubleshoot with members, and interact with day-to-day company software for daily operations (i.e., Hubspot to load in emails for member newsletters).
- Excellent prioritization skills - able to take in a lot of information and requests and think, plan, and act accordingly alongside high level C-suite members of the team to make it happen.
- Able to adapt, escalate, and make changes based on feedback from the community and awareness of community engagement.
- Experience using AI for your role - able to speak on direct experiences where you utilize AI to support your day to day and long term activities.
What You Will Own:
- Manage the program curriculum, frameworks, and delivery.
- Member experience.
- Scheduling and Coordinating Live Events and Content Uploads within the Content Management System.
- The Member Newsletter.
- Live Events and Member Trainings.
- The Expert Faculty.
- Engaging with the community via the platform community, email, whatsapp, and in 1:1 scenarios.
What Success Looks Like Within 6 Months:
- Clear KPI definitions and ownership within your role defined by you and approved by the executive team.
- Measurable increase in member engagement and participation.
- Leading all live events and training.
- Clear SOPs and documented plans built out that support program delivery and future iterations.
- Content and Events uploaded and managed within our Content Management System.
- Weekly Newsletters delivered out of Hubspot that engage and active the community.
Who You Are: You are aligned with our mission to strengthen humanity from the inside out. You bring:
- 1-3 years experience in program management, community leadership, coaching, or learning environments
- Strong ability to translate ideas into structured programs and experiences
- Comfort being client-facing, on-camera, and leading conversations
- Experience working with or interest in AI tools and applied business use cases
- Exceptional communication skills that drive clarity and action
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces

This role is not suited for individuals who prefer highly defined roles or minimal client interaction.

The Offer:
- Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
- Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, 401k (no match),
- Location: Remote (North America, PST hours preferred)
- Schedule: Full-time with occasional evenings/weekends
