Overview
We’re looking for a content-driven marketer who knows how to turn ideas into traffic, engagement, and leads.
This role is heavily focused on content generation and LLM Management. You’ll create blogs, pillar pages, emails, landing pages, and ad copy to use as tools to drive real business outcomes. You should be just as comfortable utilizing AI to assist in creating a high-performing blog post as you are analyzing why it worked and how to improve it.
You’ll work across a variety of clients and industries, using AI to accelerate research, drafting, and optimization while maintaining a high bar for quality, accuracy, and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Audit & Gap Analysis: Perform deep dives into client ecosystems to identify high-performing assets and "content gaps" where competitors are winning.
- Persona-Based Mapping: Map topics to ensure every asset has a conversion purpose.
- SEO & AEO Research: Use tools to identify high-intent keywords and build "Topic Clusters" that dominate search and AI-engine (Perplexity, SearchGPT) results.
- Portfolio Orchestration: Manage the monthly content cycles for a diverse portfolio of 30+ businesses, ensuring brand voice consistency and high-velocity delivery.
High-Velocity Content Creation
- Multi-Channel Execution: Produce error-free, high-conversion assets including but not limited to Blogs, Pillar Pages, E-Books, Email Nurture Campaigns, Ad Copy, and Web Content.
- AI-Driven Output: Expertly leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to architect and generate high-quality strategic content at scale, ensuring technical accuracy and an "un-robotic" brand voice.
- The "1-to-10" Strategy: Transform a single pillar asset into a suite of micro-content, including LinkedIn carousels, newsletter segments, and video scripts.
- Visual Direction: Collaborate with design and video teams to create infographics and data visualizations that make complex info digestible.
Analytics & Optimization
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (Organic traffic, Time-on-page, CTR) using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B test headlines and CTAs within content to drive measurable lead generation.
- Growth Reporting: Prepare monthly reports that translate "vanity metrics" (likes/views) into "growth metrics" (qualified leads/ROI).

- Search & SEO: SEMRush, Sitebulb, Google Search Console, Ahrefs.
- Analytics & UX: GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity.
- CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Klaviyo.
- AI/LLM Power Tools: ChatGPT (o1/GPT-4o), Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini, Perplexity.
- CMS: WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace.
What Success Looks Like
- Technical Literacy: You can prompt AI to speak fluently for a SaaS startup at 10 AM and a manufacturing firm at 2 PM.
- Impact: Your content doesn't just "exist"—it moves the needle on organic traffic and lead volume.
- Role Ownership: Manage each client’s monthly work, adhering to allotted budgets, hitting quarterly target goals, and output content that is 99% error-free and requires minimal client revisions.
- Thought Leadership: Stay on top of the latest trends, news, and tech regarding SEO, AEO, and the world of marketing in general.
