As the marketing lead at this pivotal stage of growth, you will be the architect of our brand’s operational backbone and its primary market navigator. This is a high-impact, "player-coach" role for a leader who can command a room of C-suite stakeholders one hour and build high-conversion workflows the next. Your mission is to translate technical rigor into a clear, dominant market narrative while ensuring every campaign is tracked, measured, and optimized for institutional-grade success.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Brand & Narrative Authority
- C-Suite Messaging: Distill complex "agentic" AI capabilities into high-impact, crystal-clear value propositions that resonate with Chief Investment Officers (CIOs), Heads of Research, and Portfolio Managers.
- Brand Identity & Positioning: Define and safeguard the Menos AI brand identity, ensuring a premium, institutional-grade presence that cuts through the noise of a rapidly evolving and competitive AI backdrop.
- Clarity of Vision: Act as the final filter for all external communications, ensuring that technical sophistication never compromises strategic clarity or market urgency.
Marketing Operations & Infrastructure
- System Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of HubSpot implementation, optimizing for buyer outreach, internal efficiency, and website-based communication.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement the "Marketing Machine," including bespoke newsletter templates, lead scoring, and automated sales sequences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish a rigorous framework to track and measure campaign success, engagement metrics, and ROI, providing the leadership team with full visibility into the growth funnel.
Growth & Outreach Strategy
- Omnichannel Execution: Lead an aggressive, high-touch outreach strategy that targets institutional decision-makers through curated content and a sophisticated digital presence.
- Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the Head of Commercial on outbound strategy, sales sequences, and collateral that addresses the specific quantitative and fundamental requirements of top-tier firms.
- Website Mastery: Lead the website redesign and migration project, ensuring our digital footprint reflects our position as the definitive intelligence layer for the buy-side.
Ecosystem & Event Orchestration
- Strategic Partnerships: Build an efficient model for collaborating with preferred HubSpot partners, PR agencies, and creative specialists to scale outreach without sacrificing quality.
- High-Stakes Events: Provide end-to-end content and operational support for private roundtables, top-tier industry conferences, and exclusive investor sessions.
- Network Activation: Leverage an existing, deep-rooted network within the buy-side community to unlock new partnerships and institutional opportunities.
What You Bring
- Institutional Veteran: 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Investor Relations, or Growth specifically within the Hedge Fund, Asset Management, or Tier-1 FinTech sectors.
- C-Suite Linguist: A proven ability to communicate with the highest levels of global asset management, turning technical complexity into a clear, competitive advantage.
- Operational Architect: Deep proficiency in the modern marketing stack (specifically HubSpot and LinkedIn) and the ability to build templates, workflows, and tracking systems and digital marketing analytics from the ground up.
- Market Agility: A bias for action. You can refine a brand narrative and launch a campaign at a pace that matches the speed of the AI sector.
