The Junior Associate will be responsible for managing requests and CRM administration for AMPM clients and their demanding lifestyle needs. This will range from assisting with everyday tasks, such as restaurant reservations, chauffeurs and taxis, theatre tickets and hotel bookings, to accessing sold-out events, sourcing limited edition items, organizing once in a lifetime experiences, and building contacts. Additionally you will be helping with social media and sales. Successful candidates must be detail orientated and committed to supporting the team in delivery quality service to clients. Candidate must be flexible and have a “do whatever it takes” mentality in the approach to work. Must be based in NYC.
Overall Goal:
To have a full understanding of all aspects of AMPM specifically travel and lifestyle but also performing multiple duties in different fields including social media, and sales.
Travel and Lifestyle
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone and in person
- Check that all emails are read, and all tickets are properly entered into the CRM
- Sending out confirmations to clients
- Conducting research and putting together proposals
- Liaising with suppliers on behalf of clients
- Maintaining an accurate log of client data in CRM
- Creating CRM Tickets for clients’ requests
- Send out reservation reminders via Zingle and emails
- Double confirming all reservations and making sure inclusions, notes, deserts and other perks are given to our clients for their reservations
- Requesting Folios from Hotels and Nets from vendors
- Updating CRM and Database with new vendors and client information
- Outreach to new vendors
- Update Excel databases (Master Contacts, Events, Hotels) (when necessary)
- Review any outstanding financial tickets in CRM to be followed up with Lifestyle Team & Mark for invoicing & payment
- Travel might be required for events, and hotel experiences (site visits)
- Schedule is rotating, will require ability to work nights and weekends, as well as on call at all times
- Build direct relationships with assigned members
- Create a monthly newsletter covering NY, LA, Miami, London restaurants and hotel openings as well as upcoming events
- Visiting hotels and restaurants once a week
