PAY: $20.00 an hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week; the Sr. Marketing Manager will determine the schedule according to business needs.

We grow, pack, and ship exceptionally fresh and nutritious bell peppers, sweet mini peppers, asparagus, and seasonal crops. With seed-to-store control of all growing partner relations and supply chain operations, we provide a consistent source of fresh produce.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing department in executing day-to-day initiatives that enhance brand visibility, strengthen engagement, and support the overall marketing strategy. This role offers hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and marketing operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content, including graphics and short-form video.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages.
- Help manage tracking and reporting of social media and website performance metrics and conduct trend research to support content development.
- Coordinate the production of the company’s internal newsletter, Fresh Press, by gathering content, visuals, and team highlights.
- Capture photos and videos to support the company’s in-house asset library and visual storytelling.
- Support tradeshow and event logistics, gaining exposure to the end-to-end planning process.
- Handle administrative and operational marketing tasks, including coordinating with outside vendors and supporting invoice tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to creating internal marketing deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing materials.
- Familiar with Adobe software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Work Environment: The intern will work primarily in an office environment but may occasionally visit warehouse, cooler, or field operations to understand the full supply chain. The role requires regular use of computers and office equipment. The intern must be comfortable with standard office noise levels and able to adapt to the dynamic pace of agricultural sales operations.
The intern may occasionally be exposed to cooler environments, warehouse settings, or outdoor weather conditions during facility tours or operational visits. Must be able to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively in various settings.
