Our mission is to build the leading media platform by improving the well-being of our readers through positive and inspirational content.
We are looking for an aspiring sales professional to join our team to build strong brand partner relationships that lead to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ad sales growth by identifying and developing successful brand partner accounts
- Develop, test, and optimize successful lead generation strategies.
- Own email marketing campaigns that drive business development.
- Learn the full sales cycle and use feedback to inform lead strategy.
- Build successful relationships with prospective brand partners that lead to integrated partnerships
- Understand brand partner needs and ensure effective communication and delivery on performance and/or brand marketing metrics. Advocate for brand partners to ensure Revel is providing top service.
- Analyze data and return results and recommendations to brand partners
- Forecast, track progress, and report on sales performance
Qualifications:
- Strong alignment to the Revel team’s core values of positivity, empowerment, learning, empathy, and openness
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
- Partnership development or sales experience, preferably in digital media, consumer, or influencer
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organization, pipeline management, and time management skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- A drive towards rapid career development and progression within brand partnerships.
- A love for dogs, cats, self-care, and/or sustainable living is a plus!
Work hours will be full-time, flexible, and primarily remote. Healthcare, dental, vision coverage reimbursement through QSEHRA. You will be responsible for managing your own work schedule, with the company working primarily central time Monday through Friday. The company meets in-person for 3 days once every 2 to 3 months for planning and teambuilding.
