A growing digital advertising product team is seeking a Product Manager to help evolve and expand its portfolio of digital ad solutions. This role will focus on modernizing owned channels—starting with email and newsletters—while identifying, testing, and scaling new opportunities across social and emerging media.

Responsibilities
- Own & Grow Channel Products
- Lead monetization strategy for email and newsletter products (packaging, pricing, targeting, and performance benchmarks)
- Develop and test new offerings across social media, short-form video, and other emerging channels
- Drive Innovation & Product Development
- Translate ideas into product specs and go-to-market strategies
- Run pilot programs, analyze performance, and determine next steps (scale, iterate, or sunset)
- Partner with UX, development, and other teams to bring concepts to life
- Enable Sales & Marketing
- Create positioning, pricing, and sales materials to support go-to-market efforts
- Partner with marketing to drive awareness and lead generation across owned channels
- Support training and adoption across sales teams
- Leverage Data & Insights
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Gather feedback from sales teams and incorporate insights into product development
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with teams across operations, client experience, editorial, design, development, and marketing
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in product management, digital media, or advertising (B2B environment preferred)
- Experience building and monetizing digital ad products (email, newsletters, social, or similar channels)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies and scalable product solutions
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, execution-focused mindset
