Athletech Media Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its sales team. This dual role will manage ad trafficking and performance as well as assist with customer service duties. Ad operations is a critical function at Athleetch; as such, it requires a person who can juggle various tasks at various stages of completion. Must be flexible, accountable, and show grace under pressure.
Seeking someone responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn. A team player with a high level of dedication and interest in the business of fitness and wellness. The Sales Assistant is the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and messages when the sales representatives are not available. Candidates should be interested in learning the ins and outs of digital advertising sales.
Responsibilities:
• Manage ad scheduling in Hubspot, Google Docs etc.
• Create insertion orders and client asset calendars
• Assist sales team in creating client decks pre/post-sale
• Source leads for sales team in Zoominfo and Linkedin
• Gather and traffic all client artwork, including working with clients to secure creative ahead of the scheduled run date
• Serve digital creative sent by clients via Google Ad Manager and Mailchimp email marketing programs
• Working with corporate newsletter developers and ad ops teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize site/newsletter ads
• Collaborate with sales and creative to gather and schedule collateral for in-house promotions
• Track advertising sales revenue for review by the sales and finance team, as needed
• Track ads that have run through screenshots on a daily basis
• Create metrics reports for client campaigns, pulling data from multiple sites and databases
• Work with accounts receivable to ensure proper invoicing of each client
• Report issues to the corporate development team, working with them to coordinate and ensure proper optimizations are put in place
• Handle customer service requests related to ATN events
• Cross-train on entering sales orders in Hubspot and paid promotional placements through social channels
• Creation of an asset calendar for client deliverables to share with the client to include due dates, specs and all other details
• Work with the CEO & Founder to schedule meetings, interviews, filming, etc.
• Takes initiative and project ownership
• Is communicative and has the ability to turn around client orders quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of ad operations/customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and multitask
• Energy, positivity, and a personable, customer-focused style
• Excellent attention to detail
